Quote of the day, 3 March 2022

Weapons will feed weapons. There is still time for mutual forgiveness. It is not yet a war of all nations. Let the father of all bombs sleep forever. Please do not use thermobaric vacuum bombs. Stop all military operations. I ask for peace.

Thought of the Day, 27 February 2022

Even harder than Corona, the Ukraine-Russia conflict is hitting Europe’s weakening politics. It will turn out to be an ultimate crucial test.

If everyone would forgive each other and reach out to each other, right now, instead of speeches full of accusations, we could save ourselves future days of mourning and destruction. Demonstrate a big heart that can forgive and recognise that no one is faultless.

The way the situation is being reacted to has nothing to do with pacifism. Sanctions and arms transfers will not restore peace. Why don’t the church leaders negotiate? Have politicians forgotten Einstein’s statement?

Poem »The Blind Dice«

A blind dice without eyes could speak instead.
The first one was allowed to do magic and wished for money.
The next one was doomed to know himself.
The third grew wings and was almost chosen to be an angel.
Another never ceased to be amazed.
The undecided one was constantly travelling without finding his destination and destiny.
The last one went sailing, he is dying, forever trying.

Der letzte ging segeln, he is dying, forever trying.

Poem »Bittersweet Message«

I love the sky
Where birds can fly

From life to life
From five to five

Kissed you with bliss
Missed you up to abyss

Dreams will fly
Until I die

Try to find
Don’t be blind

Goodbye my lover
Goodbye your dove.

Quotes of the day, 24 February 2022

»In a war, strictly speaking, there are only losers. History repeats itself until everyone understands. An endless loop?«

»To be the voice of Europe, it needs heart, a sacred heart.
Treasures that cannot be weighed and counted.«

Quote of the day, 22 February 2022

»And if we have to see each other again a thousand times until one forgives, and if we have to love each other a thousand times until one despairs, and if we hate each other a thousand times until one loves, and if we only see each other again once, what would we do?«

Quotes of the day, 20 February 2022

»This world needs de-escalation, not escalation. I ask for peace. We do not need a third world war. There are peaceful solutions to every conflict. It is not a question of being able, but of wanting.«

»Physical immortality is a curse, while the immortality of the soul is the only truly desirable goal. Both are ultimately a physical problem.«

Quote from my new story, a novella that spans several centuries, will be published in 2022

»Angry? No. You know that my heart is so big that I can’t be angry at all. I was just infinitely sad. So what, now you can know. I am still sad. The pain has burnt itself into my body and soul. Have a big heart that has nothing to fear. A heart that forgives oneself can also forgive others. A loving heart will remember everything. Across all lives. Across all distances.«
